1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Customized/bulk orders may require additional processing time.

• Orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays.

2. Delivery Time

Standard delivery timelines:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days

• Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on courier service and location.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges will be applied at checkout.

• Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns.

• For exchanges, return shipping cost will be borne by the customer, unless the error is from our side.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp/email.

• You can track your order through the courier partner’s website/app.

5. Wrong Address/Incomplete Address

If the address provided is incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable:

• Delivery may be delayed OR

• The order may be returned to us
  Reshipping charges will apply for re-dispatch.

6. Delayed Deliveries

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Natural disasters

• Strikes

• Courier operational issues

• Festivals or peak season load

However, we will assist you in tracking your order and resolving issues.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

• Please record a video while unboxing the parcel

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  We will investigate and arrange a replacement if eligible.

If the courier marks the order as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, we will raise a complaint with the courier company. Resolution may take 5–7 working days.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship internationally.
We deliver only within India.
