We do not offer refunds on any orders.
However, we happily accept exchanges on eligible products.
An exchange request will be accepted only if:
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
The request is made within 3 days of delivery.
The product received is different in size, wrong item, or has a manufacturing defect.
Customized or personalized uniforms.
Products that are used, washed, damaged, or altered.
Items without original packaging or tags.
Bulk/corporate orders unless a defect is reported within 24 hours.
Contact our support team with your order number and issue details.
Share clear photos/videos of the product for verification.
Once approved, you may send the product back to us.
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will dispatch the replacement.
Exchange shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the error is from our side (wrong/defective item).
Once your product reaches us, please allow 5–7 working days for processing and dispatch of the exchanged item.
